"No, there is little need for me to fight him any longer now that he is off my trail." She raised a brow and turned off the monitor. "Deal?" Really she didn't remember making a deal with him. "What, did you want me to change you or something?" She rubbed her eyes and tried hard to remember.
'that was what we agreed on when i was in the hospital after you died and the apocalypse ended.' he answered through his mind. "but enough about that for now, we can discuss it later." he looked particularly annoyed when she turned off his laptop, but he let it go and closed it. he set it aside. "so was there anything you needed? after all you were attempting to follow me home, if my assumptions are correct."

She smiled faintly and leaned against the wall beside him. "It wasn't you I was interested in. I can't recall much after my death but I faintly remember making that deal. And when you're ready come find me." She paused and glanced at Lich, then looked back to Jason. "Umm... And when you come to find me this time, try not to knock me out and kidnap me." She winked and disappeared, reappearing outside on the street. She instantly caught Tammi's scent. And that was all she needed to track her down.
In an instant Lich stood in front of Kiki as she turned in Tammi's general direction. Moments passed as Lich starred timelessly into Kiki's eyes betraying neither emotion nor intention of their encounter. "Where I will apologize for the slight inconvenience I have caused you both on the bearings of my misunderstanding," his breath spewing a cold and rancid greenish mist that masked Tammi's own trail, "I will not apologize for the harm that will befall you if you hurt that girl." A low grumbling noise rumbled from the center of Lich's being, but neither anger or any threatening notion was portrayed aside from the vivid red dots that seemed to glow within his empty sockets. And as quickly as the rumbling came, it vanished as Lich disappeared in an explosion of violet, crimson, and black smoke that sent a rush of wind towards Kiki to ruffle her already estranged character.
With not a second having passed between Kiki's and his conversation, he now reappeared behind Jason in absolute and complete silence. Boney hands rested on Jason's shoulder's as a hypnotizing and somewhat paralyzing voice whispered in his ears It isn't right leaving those two alone... but just as Jason turned around Lich was gone. He stood where he was before Kiki had gone, where he always stood, with that same face of empty of expression. A face waiting for new orders from his master...

jason blinked in confusion as he turned back to his computer. he shrugged and stood. walking over to lich he decided to ask a question. he gave an expression of extreme calm as he asked, "what do you know about vampires?"
((if this was a tv show this would be the perfect ending for an episode.))

Kiki sighed heavily and watched Lich from where she stood. After he disappeared and the wave of smoke had cleared, she shrugged and continued on. She could see a single light on at the Hospital. "Got ya Tammi." She grinned and quietly made her way to the Hospital.
Lich didn't avert his gaze from Jason, who looked as intently into him. There was a pause as Lich assimilated every known resource he had acquired on the subject, which was a very vast assortment of information. After the pause Lich broke the silence in his usual cold demeanor, "What is it you would like to know?"
jason stood for a moment in thought, "well, really just about anything or everything. not requesting anything specific. just curious." he grinned that never ending, never dying, grin of his.

Getting in was the easy part, but finding the girl was going to be tough. There were so many smells it made her head throb. But no matter, she eventually found where the girl was working. Third floor, second door to the right. With a grin she silently slipped into the room and walked up behind Tammi. "Excuse me. I was wondering if you could point me in the direction of the Prince's chamber?" Tammi frowned and shook her head. "I'm sorry Miss, but no one is allowed to se-" She turned in mid sentence, her mouth dropping open. Kiki grinned and gave her a wink. "Hi ya hun. No screaming now. I dont want to be found out just yet." Tammi shook her head and looked to the door. "They'll find you anyways. Any immortal can sense you." Kiki smiled and sat down in one of the rolling chairs, flicking her hand in the direction of the door. There was a soft click as it locked from the outside. Tammi was now trapped in there with her. "No my dear, they cant. I was, and still am, hiding my presence. If they were to sense me, I'd be nothing more to them then a dying vampire.... Now.. There's something I want to talk with you about."
Lich sighed a deep and heavy sigh. Maybe it was a sigh of contemplation, perhaps it was a sigh of remorse of remembering a past he would have sooner wish forgotten. Regardless of his reasons, his sigh imbued a sense of solemnity and the mist exited in suit to form a ball in front of the two. Taking both thumbs and index fingers to a minute point on the sphere, he stretched his hand out, and with them the ball to form a flat dark rectangle. Surprisingly the strange rectangle turned into a transparent blue with the detailed drawing of every continent and island to match. Jason could see Lich pointing to specific locations on each continent, with each point glowing an opaque gold color. When Lich was done Greece, India, Romania, Israel, Africa, Asia, and North and South America had dots within their boarders. Lich looked up at Jason and began to unravel the mystery of the Vampire.
“I find it necessary to point out that all vampires are dead. Perhaps not dead as we tend to think of corpses that are inanimate, but dead most likely in the sense that they are no longer capable of living without some form of control. The most notable control being bloodlust. This sense of control is the vampires foundation of existence, the root of his super natural abilities. Because he is dead, he is not human. Because he is not human, he can do non-human things. Fly, posses extraordinary strength, speed, perception…cannibalism.” Lich’s voice dropped when he said the last word with loathing. “There is nothing proud about being a slave, far less being a slave to ones self. But I digress.” Lich turned and pointed to the map.
“It is debatable where the origins of the vampire first commenced, however I existed during one of the first and most powerful vampire families to date. If they are but a few generations apart from what the matriarchs called ‘Grand Father’ then the vampires are believed to have begun here,” he ended pointing to a location just north of the Mediterranean in a region heavily populated by yellow dots. “However, I met an interesting philosopher who for some strange reason was granted freedom to dwell with this prestigious family without in fact being a vampire. He said that all vampires did not appear upon this earth individually, but as one mass exodus of thousands. He spoke of a great and powerful kingdom and race of vampires that dwelled in secret and with no form of mortal intervention. Yet here his theory takes a turn for the worst and speaks of the collapse of the kingdom and a great division amongst the vampires. There were no details from what I recall, only that after so many years of senseless fighting, the vampire population became almost extinct. Those that wanted to live, took families, friends and clan members and scattered themselves throughout the world.” He paused to let all this information sink in before continuing on.
“From this point on, I believe their thirst for blood first came after the complete and utter fall of the kingdom. With no great unifying force to band the vampires together, the great unifying force that brought them into existence, a darker unifying force took its place. Now vampires walk the earth not unlike the animals around; trying to find but another corpse to devour.”
Lich touched the densely populated area of yellow dots and zoomed it with the widening of his fingers. “Here the vampires are different then your average blood thirster. They are fatter, more rotund. Unlike your ancestors that learned to adapt on blood alone, these vampires devour meat and bone and all. They are a more ruthless species of vampires and are better avoided. You can see that their numbers are greater then most areas. This isn’t surprising because this area is a long forgotten dead city, so it belongs to them and them alone. Food is scarce so they tend to be more migratory.”
He moved the map more towards the coast of the Mediterranean where Greece covered the view. “These vampires are common cave dwellers. They were praised for devouring pirates and returning the stashes to the people. In ancient times which ever god had a scheme he would favor them in order to gain their temporary allegiance. They made good allies until the pirating stopped. They were forced to consume the harbors they protected and they became despised by both man and god. They are commonly referred to as ‘the forgotten’, but your society titles them more aptly as ‘the damned’”. When he uttered this last phrase he turned his eyes away from the map to gaze at Jason with an intensity of loathing that would have been instant death if looks were lethal. The gaze was brief and seemed to convey a world of prejudice endured by Lich in his immortal stay upon this earth. When Lich felt the hatred leave him, he gazed back at this map before continuing on.
“India and Asia both share common vampiric qualities. They are mountain inhabitants and so have exceptional scaling abilities. There is rarely any human interaction since they live in such small numbers that a meager mountain goat will suffice one family. On top of this, they are low in stature that they wouldn’t need a human sized meal, let alone defend against one.” He didn’t smile but his tone seemed to convey a sense of humor towards the subject.
“Perhaps the deadliest form all vampires are the ones located here,” he pointed with his finger to present day Romania, “it may no look much, but the only change that Transylvania has undergone is the addition of new territory.” For once in his entire meeting with Jason, in fact for once in several hundred years, he smiled. But there was nothing “happy” about this smile. The smile brought something more cynical. “You are familiar with Count Dracula, the Legendary Vampire? It was not in his own vampire nature that made him legendary but what he brewed within.” He passed his hand over the map and it became blurry like an image made of smoke. When it stilled, a tall slender vampire took the center of the image. “This is a standard vampire to your characteristics. Fair physic, notable anatomical build. Good stamina, evolutionary trait according to area.” Two other vampires took form and stood next to the first image. One was fat and normal height, they other was shorter. “These are pure bloods, a result of inbreeding. They are closest to the ‘Grand Father’ vampire in all things genetic, however they are lacking in some of the pros of being a hybrid. All later generation vampires of purebloods are descendants of hybrids in one way or another. Not these. And being so they are reluctant to adapt to new environments and do not benefit from certain evolutionary traits your ancestors had the benefit of undergoing.” Suddenly all the images disappeared and a large image of shadow figure with wings, horns and tails took form.
“This is count Dracula, Lord of vampires. He found that a vampire is better not hiding his physical prowess but displaying it like to the world as a proud sign of evolutionary dominance. Unlucky for him, the term ‘Devil’ was synonymous with ‘Vampire’. He fought wars to purge the world of the feeble human presence. However he began to loose wars because he no longer had a strong capable force of vampires fighting for him. So he bred hybrids of daunting size and power, not unlike himself. However one of the vampires turned on him and betrayed him to the invading armies. None of his hybrids were harmed, but he was enslaved into a dungeon protected by divine users. A location even with all my time, I have been unable to discover.”
“African vampires are darker skinned and can actually walk during the day. They have teeth and claws of ivory and live in trees where they pounce upon what ever walks beneath them. Israeli vampires have become extinct. Strange, all traces of them seemed to have stopped between 0 A.D. and 100 A.D. As for Northern and Southern American Vampires, you need only look at yourself to find that they have adapted to look as normal human beings.” The translucent screen faded away into nothing and Lich stood looking at Jason.
“Vampires have kept their numbers controlled by severing the heads of their prey. Lack of pigmentation in the skin makes them sensitive to ultraviolet radiation most commonly found in the sun. Hybrids can seek to reduce the malignant effects, but only African Vampires are the only vampires with complete immunity towards the Sun. The diet of all vampires consist of blood. The diet of some find this blood in animals, others decide to go with the more delectable taste of human blood. I have found though, in legend, of a group of Vampires that have broken away from such thirst. One group lives in the mountains, but I am uniformed where. The other group lives in the Rain Forest, again to their exact location I am ignorant of. However I do believe I have met one, and he resembled an elf. Gaunt, pale, thin, but pleasant and kind. This is all I can recall in my experiences of vampires. If anything else forges its way to my memory, I will mention it.” Again Lich sighed and all was silent.

jason stood, gateriung the information and taking notes in his mind. for a moment after lich finished he was still, then realised that lich was done. he smiled and clapped his hands. "if you got a job you would be rich, but that probably doesnt appeal to you. due to your age youve probably had your fill of material things...." he stopped for a moment, thinking over the information. "however i do believe you have not completed your study on the effects of uv rays on vampires, because the ones in this city are not affected." he chuckled as he thought. "i think you should find a hobby."

Tammi gulped as Kiki moved swiftly from her chair and took her by the throat. Her eyes widened and she took ahold of Kiki's wrist. She gasped and drew in a shallow breath as her hand tightened around her throat. 'Help me! Dear god somebody help me!... JASON!' She thought. Kiki sneered and whispered into Tammi's ear. "Listen well mortal. I have plans for this world. I'm not here to only play babysitter to the Hybrid. I'm seeking revenge on this kingdom and it's loyal followers. Do you understand? And because of you Jason is now my enemy. I should kill you, while I have your neck in my hand. But I wont, because I'm going to use you. I'm slowly creating an army, a group to rise up against the Prince. I cannot die, I'm unlike anything this world has ever seen. I can only die if the Hybrid dies. Now, you were writing a report of your witnessing my arising. I want you to burn it and forget you've ever saw my face am I understood?" Tammi gasped in pain and nodded as best she could. "Good."
Lich didn't find the comment amusing. He readdressed the criticism with a question of his own, "Would you be able to show me these ultra violet radiating devices?"
Kiki smiled and dropped Tammi. Once she hit the floor she put her foot on her throat and pressed down hard enough to leave a good sized bruise. "Don't forget about our little chat, k? If you reveal my plans to anyone, even Jason's Lich, I'll kill Jason and make you watch. Forget you saw my face, but dont forget what I can do to you." She smiled and gave her a quick wink before dissapearing. Tammi gasped and held her throat, crawling over to the computer and erasing the file she was typing up. She was shaking badly, and deathly afraid. But she was also locked in her office, from the outside... It was going to be a long night for poor Tammi. Meanwhile, Kiki made her way along the streets, waiting for Jason to make his choice.
A man dressed in a black longcoat, black cargo trousers and a camo undershirt that belonged to the private army of the Prince of the Damned hidden beneath the long coat along with an armoured vest, walked up the road after appearing in a near-by alleyway. The man, to Kiki's point of view, spoke as he approached her. Removing a pair of gold plated Desert Eagles. "Excuse me Kiki, but I believe these pistols were once yours." He said an all too familier voice, though she had not heard it in several months. The MP5 fit snuggly on his back under his longcoat, and he had two holsters for his duel gold plated Dostevi's and in his right breast pocket were several manufctured Diluminai Tranqualizer Crystal's (DTC's finally and temporarily named 'em!).
