Supes would beat the crap out of Thor, and hes not going to stand in front of any blasts. Superman can just as easily fry him with his heat vision. Supes just speedbiltzs him to death.

Show scans of Thor using superspeed and fighting at superspeed? smile

Thor is tough no doubts there.

But Superman is way out of his league if he goes all out to his full extent. Thor has trouble with Hulk and Juggernaut. Superman is way out of their leagues.

Wally West has said that Suprman used to be a tad faster than him before he figured out the speedforce. (Flash vol. 2 #209)

I dont know how fast that is but it has to be closer to the speed of light cause Barry Allen could run that fast and Superman was as fast as him also.

Mix that speed with the raw power and other abilities of Superman and Thor is indeed in for a surprise.

damn, i swore i'd never post to this thread again, but this whole thor has superspeed/reflexes to match superman just doesn't fly with me (sorry cube, i know we see things differently . . .)

in the first scan (in case you can't read it) goose says 'i can land a 100 blows before you can even AIM one!' he beats thor down with his speed and decent strength. in the first fight against mongoose, thor also couldn't lay a hand on him until he spun in a circle whirling his hammer with the 'speed of the wind'. not 'lightning', wind. he could not score an individual blow. when goose was stunned, thor tags him with the thong. masterson couldn't lay a hand on spidey either, and he has all of thor's powers, including his 'speed'.

supes (there is a scan on this thread, somewhere) has been 3 feet away from doomsday who fired a lightning bolt from his mouth and supes' dodged it so quickly it didn't even appear he moved from the place where he was standing!

supes is faster than mongoose and 1000x stronger. it's why i say supes could take half their battles.

sorry gang, just had to get that out of my system. back into hibernation on this thread . . .

haha , getting hit doesn't mean he is slow.

Thor was fast enough to hit Gladiator

Gladiator is much much faster than light , and Stonger , if he can hurt Glads.

Superman who is weak to magic is next to dead.

Gladiator is stronger, and much faster than superman.

And thor manage to do some damage, are you Thor's hammer will fry his ass.

Supes speed won’t be like Gladiators, so he can’t do what Gladiator did to thor.
