content 30 additional minutes

Does anyone know a source where to find a detailled (!) description of the content of the additional 30 minutes in the extended version?
I only heard about the beginning with Bilbo, the extended fight scene with the cave troll and galadriel's gifts...

I thought there would be an extended scene in moria when they flee towards the steps and Gandalf closes the door with a spell and the balrog breaks it. In the film it seems that the scene is cut...

ah, don't think that's in the film. not as I remember having seen the dvd 3 times
