Indeed, being both a masterful and experienced mass murderer with a badge/prestigious verbal abuser, he avoids overuse and saves it for special dispatchings.
Schwarzenegger never learned from that.
His I'll be back just broke the fourth wall too much in every movie he did that wasnt Terminator (minus 'Last action hero' of course, where the fourth wall breakage was quite deliberate and well done)
