That does appear to be the definition he's using.

You're trying to say something different, I know. But maintain your focus. Show me where Galactus was massively depleted. You make him sound helpless and weak. He went on to combat Hunger, got more energies sucked out by Hunger and went on to survive that explosion. A veritable trifecta of exertion. Yeah. He kinda did look somewhat slut-slapped. Odin would compliment a slu that survived getting slapped by him. Warlock's statements pretty much confirmed that Thanos was about to have his limits tested and he did. Against a holding back Odin, who didn't didn't amp his size, draw forth Asgard's power, look peaked, enter Odinsleep, shake the Multiverzzzzes, etc.
To bust through his best shields you have to be near his level. You are still pretending all shields are exactly the same which is kind of a slap on Thanos himself and his technology.

It was a handblast that depleted his vital energies and was more force than he ever used against a forecefield to break through it.

He needed to feed because he depleted vital energies from being well nourished. These are on panel facts. You don't like them that's your problem.

Odin was trying to kill him, his son was in chains, and they were invading asgard in his mind so why would he hold back ? You have such fascinating theories.

Galactus is much more powerful than Odin and both characters drain themselves when they really let it out. Odin would be too weak once he finally broke through to take on Thanos.

Yeah just look how badly Thanos burns Galactus' hand after he created an energy sphere and then he fools him that he's badly ****ed up. Thanos is a strategical genius. At the end Galactus is blind cause his eyes were set on fire.
You can clearly see it cause Galactus says "speak" cause otherwise there would be no chance he would have spotted Thanos.

Don't be a schnook. You don't have to be near well-fed Galactus' level of power to bust through Thanos' shields. You just have to measure up to the power of his single handblast up to the point it penetrated his shields and nothing more. PG Champion and PG Thor already did it on-panel.

Galactus never met a forcefield that stood up better to his single handblast up to that point better than Thanos'. So what? Doesn't prove that someone like PG Champion or PG Thor couldn't break through them with their assaults. Because we already have proof that they did. On-panel.

He needed to feed to beforehand to gather all the Gems and junk. Doesn't mean he was starving. Show me where Galactus was starving or extremely drained. We know for a fact, that he confronted Hunger in a blazing display of power and attacked him, got his energies further sucked away by that universal devourer and even survived the ensuing explosion. Galactus was definitely drained after all that.

Nah. Odin held back most of his power. Thor being bound means nothing. Thor's been on the verge of death against many foes while Odin is watching and Odin many times doesn't even do crap. Also, Thor wasn't even in Odin's good graces at that point. Odin told him to get lost when his insanity started manifesting. He slapped Thanos around like a slut and was surprised Thanos survived. More than once. Good showing by Thanos. Still got slut-slapped. In any case, we have proof Odin was holding back, he didn't didn't amp his size, draw forth Asgard's power, look peaked, enter Odinsleep, shake the Multiverzzzzes, etc.

Quanpeoples has Thanos winning because he has ring control. Hes in the middle and Galactus is on the outside against the wall.

So, any fight that doesn't end in a ko or death is a stalemate?

What's that supposed to prove? Spider-man is well known to be a skyfather.

Logan stalemated him twice, remember when he cut his arm? Thanos still lived.

On another note if stalemating merely requires you not to die or get KOed then I imagine that Wolverine has actually stalemated in 95% of the fights he's lost over the years.
