At which time his healing factor was completely shut off until '94 when it was restarted after Deadpool killed him in Wolverine issue 88. Then we have bone claw Wolverine until December of '99 where he regained his Adamantium yet retained (or exceeded) the speed his bone claw level healing factor. This is then fallowed by a decade plus of comics you haven't read. You aren't left with a very big window to draw from. Not only is the information you claim to have dated, but in the context of the character's story arch the majority of it is irrelevant to a forum match where Wolverine's abilities are operating at there optimum levels... and yet Wolverine in that time frame still stalemated Namor while under mind control (Wolverine not Namor) and beat his rogue Tiger Shark.
