Game's coming out May 15th.

Timing on it basically guarantees I won't be getting it for a good long while stick out tongue

(also, can I just laugh at what BackFire said about how they stole GW's skillbar mechanic? Blizzard's just blatantly copying them now...which is doubly funny being as ArenaNet was started by people who left Blizzard...)

Yeah, companies are pushing their stupid DRM, but there's just no way I'm passing up Diablo 3. smile

Anyone jumping into the multiplayer as soon as they get started on the game? Looking for ppl to grp up with (pref from Asia).

There's an open beta going on this weekend, but it's nearly impossible to actually get logged on. Every time you try, there's a good chance the server will throw you right back out entirely.

It's a bit annoying, to say the least. I wanted to at least try it to see just how similar to D2 it is, but it won't let me.

I managed to get on it for a while, but then it proceeded to kick me three times within five minutes after I'd played for about an hour.

...the game is Diablo 2 with different classes and somewhat upgraded graphics.

To justify paying $60 for? Hell no. I mean, the game itself is good...it's just the same thing I played a ton already.

That's a little odd. I've heard people say it was well over 10GB for them. For me it was around 3GB.
