another department-H attempt at re-capturing logan finds the two brothers face to face with the wolverine. logan is naturally pissed at this moment cause he is tired of the department-H bullshit, the brothers have the authority to use whatever means necessary to bring in their target.

-fight is in a junk yard with magnetic crane and all.
-the brothers have enough tranquilizers for 3 attempts to subdue logan.

can't remember the other criteria off hand but those two examples are the most pertinent.

The criteria is unlimited potential, period.

There are NO other criteria for Omega class mutant.

This is spite btw.
