Question..about a episode of Spiderman And His Amazing Friends
Ok so this has been bugging me for some time.....and I didn't know where to ask it but this seems the best place of any ^_^;;.....
How Powerful would you say Mr. Frump was with that Amulet he had O_O.....

see that's the episode I was talking about, lmao I never even heard of the guy or that amulet anywhere but there but...that darn thing seemed to pack quite the punch....when Frump found it he could just..make hot dogs appear and all sorts of jazzy things such as that o_O...I know I'm kinda ignoring the higher feats but idk it seemed pretty brutal..I'm baffled =O....Help?????
