It's up for vote.

The very thing gets loopholed around way too much (Kane, soul absorbtion etc) so the definite ruling is needed on the matter.
I think, Delph, that some of your ideas from the beginning of the thing can be used in season 2

Duping is allowed. The cap for constructs is a remote controlled Ironman armor. If you created a Godly Amalgam you couldn't duplicate him because the dupe falls under the construct cap.

As for me, the proposals is:
allow up to 10 semi-independent constructs per team (remotely controlled robots, puppets etc) with upper cap for constructs being high meta level (puppets are allowed as per season 2 so that base seems to be covered);
ban speed force manip (no difference from time manip expect in semantics);

As for power copying:
1)no copying of amalgams\NPCs;
2)number of possible powersets per copying should be capped at 4 at once so the power copiers aren't the big strategic advantage over amalgams;

Those are presuppositions under which I'd allow power copying.

To quote what I've said earlier on the matter.

1. No copying from amalgams (only singles).

3. Indirect (via data etc) copying can be allowed, since that requires prep, resources and not that easy to replicate. But one needs strict proof that data copying is possible. The trend of adaptoisation that ruled last NJ\Red's tourney isn't that easy to do on that level, so I say let this loophole go.
4. Directly copied powers are eraced between rounds unless it's something from pt.3

Add "no more than 4 powerset per one power copier" to avoid power stacking with flexible roster, and that's my opinion on the matter.
