Technically Robocop is not a robot but more or less a cyborg (I think that's correct).

I would have to say my favorite robot (technically android) would have to be the female android that the japanese scientists created.

I don't remember the name of this anime movie, but IIRC, it had twin sister robots who zipped around with skates on their feet. The climactic fight took place on some kind of massive tower. I think the protagonist was a female warrior who was a cyborg, but for "favorite robot," I'm thinking of those twin skating sister robots.
