So far I can run a 400 in 53 seconds in the next four years I know I will be in the Olympic trails, my talent was given to me by both my mother and my father who were specialist of there city and I hope to be greater

Unless you are a middle schooler, you have a long way to go and will have to work your butt off if you want to have a shot at the Olympic Trials. I ran a 53 when I was 17 and didn't get even close to anything with the word Olympics in it. I'm not trying to rain on your parade and I hope you the best, but I don't want you to get your hopes up if you aren't really young.

to be fair...the difference between the mens and womens is quite significant...something like 5 seconds in the world record times
so the male equivalent to her time would be 48s which is about 4 off the world record
if she's telling the truth...personally, being the cynical bastard that i am...i think she's talking out of a hole in her ass

Oh shit, didn't realize I was talking to a girl, lol. I retract my statements before, because that is completely awesome. I still have a similar question though: Gryphon, how old are you and what level are you running at right now?

Ok, yeah, she has a really good shot. Gryphon, do you ever run 100s or 200s? If so, what are your times?

I believe the men's record is 43.18, which is actually about 5 seconds faster. 47.6 is the women's record btw.
I thought I posted this earlier but it looks like it didn't work, so more questions for Gryphon:
What is your exact time?
Was it automatic or hand timed?
Was it this past track season?

Bolt doing 19.3 in the 200m...unbelievable...winning by 0.66 over 2nd place Crawford...
he's the only man to have ever broken the 100m and 200m world records in the same competition...and he was contemplating doing the 400 instead of the 100...

Bolt is an exceptional runner. I wish he could catch a football. He'd be more amazing on a football field
