Finally got around to buying it a few days ago. Beat it today and have started on a second playthrough. I especially love the Invisible Predator sections; Most of the time, I let the last guard see me just because I've never yet gotten tired of seeing them get scared sh*tless. The riddler challenges are also more addicting than I thought. I always thought it was a genius move to bring back all the BTAS voices, but I'm also probably not the only person to have taken note that just about every insignificant guards' voice is that of Steven J. Blum and/or Kyle Hebert.
As far as bosses being sub-par, I'll admit that the only ones I had even a tiny bit of trouble against were Killer Croc (I noticed his position and threw a batarang a little too late on about three occasions) and Poison Ivy (never died against her, but the combination of enemies and her tentacles got annoying).
And I don't know about anyone else, but I personally dig Harley's new look.

Great game...although i would have loved something else besides the armored costume.....but its nit picking when you consider how good the game is...even the ending(which everyone complains about) did not spoil the fun or overall game experience......i must say... with Wolverine Origins and Batman Arkum Asylum...we have 2 great comic book games based off 2 great charcaters...its a good day and age for some of us
No . Half the time in Begins, Batman's voice sounded like the cowl was squeezing his nose shut as if he had sinuses. Hell, at one point, he outright reverts to his regular voice right in front of Rachel.
Actually, in replaying the game from the start, I can't help but find myself being subtly reminded of Shenmue (the Dreamcast game) at some points. Some of the functions seem aesthetically and/or visually similar, especially in the fighting parts of both games: Both have a kind of parry/counter thing (though Batman has an indicator of sorts), and even do the same slow-mo dramatic camera angles when you deal the last blow to the last enemy (though that may have only been in Shenmue 2).
Hell, both Batman and Ryo even have a similarly stiff walking animation and remain virtually motionless when talking to others in-game.
i've started playing through again. loving it. just wish i had a high spec pc to take advantage of the physx. atm, im not running it on the nicest settings lol...
Hell, I'd simply kill myself during the boss fight for her Game Over screen if I wanted to see a good shot.
Speaking of Game Overs I think people have mentioned that Bane one that makes an awesome reference to Knightfall. Got to view it on Youtube, along with all the other death scenes.
