Pretty sure the observer was talking about Walter, I don't think they would throw a baby into the mix. Olivia is already emo enough about Peter and Fauxlivia without a baby, and without a 4th season a certainty I don't think they will leave a lose end like a baby.

About time, I've been waiting 3 seasons to see badass Peter.

First ep his was like some psuedo merc/con man, then from there he barely did anything badass. They also seem to ignore he has a genius level IQ a lot of times.

I suspected as well. Altivia is more like able than regular Olivia. Even though Peter said she wasn't damaged by the experiments, I think she was at some extent. I'm glad they going back to the other side next week. I like their whole team dynamic.
