i really dont like Cap but i do put him above peak humans he isnt meant to fight such ppl which is why i give him the win. he is what humans will one time become. not quiet peak and not quiet superhuman but a mixture.

i think it is often insulting for ppl to view him in the same category as ppl like bats and batgirl

he also did not earn his rank it was a mandatorious award which is look down on in the military his physical abilities were also not earned unlike every soldier that has attended boot camp and subsequent specialize training.

his mental attitude is also not that of a soldier he did not undergo any type of conditioning, physical or mental. per the military requirement

imo cap is no more ofa superhuman than batman or cassandra. Ive seen her dodge bullets at close range AFTER they were fired. Her skills are on his level. Caps only advantage is strength. Cass got speed.

That's... pretty damn impressive but.. kinda seems like an artists mistake?? I mean RS fires and one sec Cap is next to him, the next he's near the guy, then he's near RS again in the beginning of the room. I guess they meant to show Cap jumping in front of the RS and blocking the bullets after they were fired (which is also pretty badass) rather than outrun them.
