Sorry Denz- crawler is useless for anyhting other than being a giant thing to hide behind.
Displaying nthe mobility he is famous for, Vlad flips backwards, the tip of his sabre taking out a droid as he goes, and is back behind thr crawler. "Nice move," says Minas, blasting down a droid. Denz, Vera and Jovan take out once each; and the rest are destroyed by the combined fire of the Alurans.
The first two droidekas open fire, blasting down two beastmasters. Two more are dploying! And now comes a FEderation tank...

REARGUARD BATTLE- Start of Turn 6
Vera (LS10): 3/15 [OGu BL CL] [BGu] (one turn from battlecrawler)
Fighter guys, please make it clear which squadron you are helping. The only choice you have for your squadrons is fight or bombing run; there is no other consideration at all- you cannot pick targets; you take what you can get.

suggestion for the droiddeka: one on one and the third jedi uses leap or something to get behind them?

errrr... about that AAT... that's that huge tank from TPM. Sooo... in this RPG is it a giant killer of which we have to run away being terrified or is it like JarJar Binks and you can just throw one blue shiny ball and it's going down?

Manoeuvre Test (Level 6). You must swerve to avoid a mid space collision. Take 4 damage if you fail.
Doh! Failed that one, Xeth!
2. On Your Six
An enemy fighter has got onto your tail. Fight your opponent but ignore any bonuses from have better or superior Thrust / Manoeuvrability and your opponent fires first.
Oh, not again... another four hits before the turret gets it!
3. Melee
In the swirling chaos of combat you and an enemy engage each other. Fight normally.
If you have Killer Instinct this event becomes a Closing In - You move in close to your opponent, ready for the kill. Fight normally, except you win initiative in the first turn and get a three dice attack bonus.
Three damage to you, and a kill!
-
Wentar-
Boxed In
Situation: With some many ships in close proximity you cannot use full thrust. Reduce Thrust by two.
Uh oh, that's going to affect you for a while.
1b. Closing In
You move in close to your opponent, ready for the kill. Fight normally, except you win initiative in the first turn and get a three dice attack bonus.
Total kill, for no damage!
2. Refresh
All discards are shuffled back in. Draw again.
2b. Melee
In the swirling chaos of combat you and an enemy engage each other. Fight normally.
Heck, that Thrust lost has given these guys a higher dice edge over you, Wentar! You take three hits as you blow him up.
3. Joust
You and an enemy attack each other in a head on attack. In the first round all damage is done simultaneously and Thrust and Manoeuvre bonuses are ignored. Thereafter fight normally.
The head-on is in your favour; one round and it is dead, hitting you for just one.
-
Two of the Vulture squadrons are wiped out and the third shattered- another comes along...
Ah, then Vlad will make an agility role to leap behind a droideka and slice at it from behind. I remember that these guys are really hard to take down...
I tend to forget things that happend 50 turns ago.
Also I prefer my women on something else than a droideka.
I'll follow the plan and agility roll myself behind the droid.
and I hope the tank is the last enemy

Oh my bad I assumed the droidekas won't stay stationary and move up another turn like the droids did. I won't be able to pick up some weapon lying around off a dead soldier, will I?
I also have to attack, can't afford a free shot at me
