So, to affect the tracker... and I can't get it destroyed. How to interfere... is it to do with the communicator? Because I don't have anything else that's electronic.

Which is difficult for you, of course... if only you happened to have some sort of electronic expert near you... some kind of mobile device created to interface with such systems...
