DBE has not be seen yet to stated this to be compare with garbage
And i mentioned Star wars phantom menace because beside some fans, the pod racer sequence, i and new effects, the movie was poor, yet the franchise was big enough to make the movie win a profit, same will happen with DBE.
In japan all the movie theaters had sold out for the premiere of DBE
Your comparing the Star Wars franchise to Dragonball lol.There had already been 3 successful Star Wars movies before,the trailers actually looked alright unlike DBE,fans had been waiting for like 16 years for a new one,the fanbase is much larger and more diverse compared to DB and way more loyal,I Star Wars has an audience even outside of its traget group DB doesn't I mean really outside of some anime fans who the hell even knows what DB even is.Most of the buzz from DBE has been very negative for every 1 or 2 fans I've met that thinks it will be alright I've met 20 that thinks its going to be horrible.
PM actually had A list actors,CGI done by the best company out there and well yeah you just can't compare this stink bomb to any of the Star Wars films.Alsoselling out the premiere that doesn't mean much maybe people just want to see how horrible its going to be.I would also be surprised if the Japanese are going to like this considering how much they have raped the story line and characters.Plus they see it find out how horrible it is and then its get terrible word of mouth.Also just by looking at the pics,trailers and reading a summary of the Novel if the film is anything like it yeah this is going to be garbage.

I never dare to imply that DB have more fans than starwars, and the taste of poster, trailers, etc are just your personal opinion, its true DBE has a very negative expectation, but imo i think is all exagerated, the critics and the high expectation, this DB movie it does not look that bad in my personal opinion

The CG still we dont know, due there is almost 10 years of diference

With me being a huge DB/Z/GT fan, I'm really looking forward to this movie. I was beginning to get nervous about the final outcome, but my doubts have been put to rest by the trailers, especially the one showing Shenron in all his glory.
