Just finished it and I have to say it was pretty good.
I saw another similar "horror documentary" a couple of years ago "The last horror movie" and it wasn't nearly as good as this, nor were the actors nearly as skilled.
Recently, i've watched Amusement, Walled in, Baby sitter Wanted and The Burrowers. Amusement was ok. It definitely had good qualities. It was filmed rather well. As long as you're not expecting to much you should find something worthwhile in the movie. It's not a movie you need to run out and see but it's fun to watch with a friend or two.
Babysitter wanted started out fairly strong but took a left turn into the ridiculous territory. I wouldn't suggest watching that one. Some may dig the twist but i thought it was stupid.
Walled in is atrocious. There is nothing more to say about the movie. It's just baad.
The Burrowers is aces. It's a little slow paced but i was thoroughly entertained.

oh man, Dorothy Mills. I just watched Dorothy Mills. That movie is incredible. I didn't know anything about the movie and i believe that's the best way to go into this one. It's really really good. It kept me guessing and second guessing my suspicions of what exactly was happening. I urge all you bastards to go see this one

It's out on DVD in France if you can understand French as there are no subtitles on it. If you wait, it's out on DVD in America on the 28th of April. I believe it is out on DVD in Canada, take a look.
