Beating up on the Specter is not that impressive when one considers how often he has trouble with this-and-that villain. If he were really as powerful as everyone thinks, no one could best him. Anyways, Galactus whups this obscure nobody's butt.

There's not a lot to base any contender winning on, as we know next to nothing about KOT.
He beat Spectre, but it wasn't because he was more powerful, it was because of a plot device that effects Spectre way too much because he's so powerful (you can't have Spectre just running in and soloing everytime). A Spectre encounter usually has someone else having some sort of immortality as well (as evidenced by Spectre eating KOT, and him returning). Off the top of my mind, only one person has been portrayed as outright more powerful.
Apparently he needs direction, but that has no relevance here as well.
He's got no durability feats to my knowledge, and apparently eats reality. The only person that can win this battle is KOT, so I don't see how you say Galactus, but I'm still a little skeptical of KOT based on what we have seen.
Great scans, Galan. Great feat for KOT. But regarding the last scan, Spectre didn't have a way to beat him as he normally would others. "No guilt and no conscience" seems like what prevents Spectre from affecting KOT. Seems PIS on Spectre.
I don't think that would keep Galactus from affecting it, however. Question is can Galactus eat the KOT? That seems like a via option to beat KOT is to eat him before he eats Galactus.
The fight takes place on Mother ship, if it's Taa II KOT is so screwed, Galactus will open a can of whoop a$$. If it's not then we are talking about a slobber knocker.
