Actually I do remember one of those old cartoons where Road Runner raced Speedy, but I don't think anyone won.
And wasn't there a Superman/Bugs Bunny crossover years ago? Did Flash meet RR or Speedy in that?
Anyway, while Flash appears faster he would most likely lose against a toon.
