Who could past this test?

Hulk once grip Iron Fist punch containing the energy or what ever it was. Out of these guys who else could do it? Also how much damage would it cause to the contestants?

Thing and Luke cage is slightly bruised
Everyone else winces like it hurt but then show no visible damage...

Hercules would not have his hands break imo he is very durable as seen by his fight with the skrull god

Oh; I misread the OP the first time. Thor and Herc could definitely do it without lasting effects. Some of the others could too...
