Robin Hood... yeah. Mortal.

So, to reiterate :

Legolas : CENTURIES of practice.
Robin Hood : maybe ten years, up to twenty-five years of practice.

So what if robin hood is a mortal,, Strider is a mortal and he'd still kick legolas's arse, as would robin hood. Robin hoods arrows always hit the mark too.
