i remember him now, he was the guy who killed some alpha flight members after M-day. now he wears the suit to make up for what he did.

he was.

after M-day, he absorbed all the power/energies of all the mutants who lost their powers that day. he doesn't have all the energy anymore but i guess the potential is still there.

Very powerful, with just one of his powers he uses a powerful telepath and caused a massive cerebral event, making other telepaths to worry

Instead of millions, he has thousands of powers now. Still pretty impressive
