Kinetic energy is never entirely conserved in a collision. That bullets make unbraced decepticons recoil has zero relevance to their ability to "absorb" kinetic energy (lol wtf) and everything to do with their mass and center of gravity. That Kong, while bracing himself, can deflect brownings doesn't give him a durability advantage at all.
You both seem to forget the scene where Blackout effortlessly wipes out an entire military base. This is what happens when the humans don't have prep time, or the element of surprise.
So, to prove that Prime can survive Kong's fists, or more specifically, that he can shoot him before Kong closes the distance, I have to establish that Prime can tank missile strikes and tank rounds?
That logic does not compute. It computes for my point, because I simultaneously established that Prime's weapons > heavy modern weapons. You have failed to establish an equivalent line of reasoning for Kong's fists.

Just FYI, fucachumps, material that crumples is actually "better" at absorbing kinetic energy. Hence why cars have crumple zones. So if you wish to argue that Kong's soft and squishy flesh will better absorb KE than Prime's metal superstructure, go right ahead.
