Which Despero is it? Despero at his most powerful could stalemate or perhaps beat Thanos. Orion would take Maestro...if he knocks him out fast enough...which he could.
I pick team 2 if Orion can knock Maestro out quickly enough for him to team with Despero to eliminate Thanos.
