Mr. Terrific vs Steel

Setting is in a jungle. Both characters know who they are up against. Steel is in his latest armor, no longer has Colossus-like skin. He has built custom lenses for this fight that have no tech just blue lenses for eye protection. Michael has 15 T-Spheres and a vibranium vest.

They start out 5 miles from each other. No prep. Who takes it?
