Going by the most current Prime shown (Lo3W), I'd say the team wins a very small majority. Like 5.5 or 6 /10. Gotta love the speedster/powerhouse matchup.

Neutral universe, though. Something that doesn't hold to relativity (like Marvel seems not to), and this is a much better and close match.
