Why this place is BORING
All the debates here comes down to very few things...
Skill, strenght, speed, durability, omnipotence, weird powers, etc. When it comes down to it, it's usually very one-sided battles, with no interesting twists to disguss. And the debates are becoming more and more boring.
We should be allowed to talk about manga characters, too, as it's not only comics, it got characters with much more interesting powers to discuss, including many more twists.
Naruto could use his clones in interesting ways, somehow deal a final blow with the Rasengan, find a position to enter Sage Mode, at the brink of death enter Kyuubi Mode, summon frogs, use his transformation jutsu or kunais... And his skills in Taijutsu are pretty good. He is a character with a lot of stuff going on for him, making battles involving him interesting. The same thing goes for, say, Itachi. Amaterasu would, on many characters, be an instant win, and on others, useless or slightly effective. And on most characters, Tsukoyomi would be an easy win. Also, Susanoo as some last resort. To not mention his awesome all-around skills. And Jiraiya, with Sage Mode, the ability to create swamps, summon frogs, manipulate his hair, breathe fire, that frog genjutsu, etc... And finally. The Six Paths of Pain. A character where a special way to win is absolutely neccesary. Six bodies thinking like one, each with their own unique powers, where great observation skills are needed... All around, mangas, especially Naruto, got character with more itneresting powers to debate, so I recommend manga characters being allowed in this section.

Well, technically Manga aren't comics, and there is a Manga/Anime section already.

The manga/anime section is not relevant at all, and no one uses it. If they made manga characters allowed in here, this place would be much more interesting.
Also, manga is indeed comics. It got every definition of a comic. It's just this racist system of japanese comics not being good enough to be discussed here...

No one uses that section, and having manga characters allowed in here would make this section all the more interesting.

Strangely enough, we don't actually mind the odd manga thread. as long as its a fair match up with scans to back up arguments...
