And his skills in Taijutsu are pretty good. He is a character with a lot of stuff going on for him, making battles involving him interesting. The same thing goes for, say, Itachi. Amaterasu would, on many characters, be an instant win, and on others, useless or slightly effective. And on most characters, Tsukoyomi would be an easy win. Also, Susanoo as some last resort. To not mention his awesome all-around skills. And Jiraiya, with Sage Mode, the ability to create swamps, summon frogs, manipulate his hair, breathe fire, that frog genjutsu, etc... And finally. The Six Paths of Pain. A character where a special way to win is absolutely neccesary. Six bodies thinking like one, each with their own unique powers, where great observation skills are needed... All around, mangas, especially Naruto, got character with more itneresting powers to debate, so I recommend manga characters being allowed in this section.
