Well, The Matrix Revolutions, The Phantom Menace and A Nicholas Cage Movie are certainly not among the greatest films of all time, so I'd say... yeah.

On the other hand, the genuine "best films of all time", in my opinion, ignoring what my favourites are:

The Godfather
The Godfather: Part II
Taxi Driver

Raging Bull, Goodfellas and Shawshank are up there too, I guess.
