Crocodile Dundee is wading in waist deep water, armed with his famous bowie knife, when he is pulled under the surface by the Crocodile from the movie Lake Placid:
Dundee somehow twists free and finds that the Crocodile is circling for another pass, intent on making a happy meal outta Dundee.
Dundee draws his bowie knife and it's ****ing on.
Can Dundee take the Crocodile?

dude, you should do a crocodile vs match. Rogue crocodile vs Lake Placid Cocodile.
Dundee can definitely take down this croc. Although, he isn't going to do it by wrestling the big bastard. He is going to rock this croc using his intelligence and devising proper traps.
Dundee may have a small chance at killing this monster by wrestling it down with his bigass knife but if thats what it comes down to, i'm giving this to Placid 8/10.
However, if he has time to plan and devise traps i give it to Dundee, 10/10

Dude, Dundee took out a regular croc that was already focused on eating the "shela", his knife wouldn't do much to a croc that was big enough to bite a grissly bear and drag it into the water like it was nothing more than a stuffed animal.
Killing regular crocs: check
Intimidating poorly dressed punks/muggers: check
Knocking a purse-snatcher out with a tin of beans: check
Walking on peoples heads as a makeshift path: check
Learning the use of a bidet: check
Killing an oncoming gigantic crocodile while wadding in the water: dead
