Deaths-saurer vs. Anubis

This is basically a continuation of this thread.
Anubis from ZOE, piloted by Nohman vs. Hiltz's Death-saurer.
1st round: regular forms, Zero shift is disabled.
2nd round: Nohman gets access to all the extra weapons, including Z-shift.
3rd round: Anubis can shift to Aumaan Anubis form.
Who wins? If anyone prefers, you can use Dingo instead of Nohman.
