I know Selene could take Doom, Cloak and Dracula down in a one on one scenario. I don't know that much about the others.
She's a mutant/vampire/external that predates Dracula, her magic >> Then Dooms as well. Will be waiting for that Doom & the Masters of Evil #4 issue. Mags & Doom & Sentinels vs. Selene.

I'm gonna go ahead and call this for the Jackie Estacado: functionally immortal (to use really strained English, "more immortal" then Selene or Dracula), and a great deal more powerful than Spawn. Doom might be able to beat him down utilizing his weakness to light, but if he's eliminated quickly, none of the others could really one on one him.
The Shade should have been on this list
