The only idiots here are those who let themselves get bent over by greedy companies like Activision and IW who really don't give a rat's ass about PC gamers.

The battle for the Arc is lost. I failed, and I'm watching the death of one billion of my own kind, when the Hive is finally destroyed in a blinding, silent explosion.

Good luck trying to find a game online then.
Your wasting your money on the pc version even if your going to play SP only.
Seriously i thought treyarch hated us, and in the end they actually talk to the pc community, did alot of patching to improve the game and listed to their customers.
Other than WAW's great multiplayer, this makes me affirm treyarch and makes WAW better than COD4 and certainly better than infinity tard , actividick and bobby cocklick.
MW2 had so much potential but it was pretty much ruined all in zeh name of zeh almighty dollar.

Do they take both platforms (pc, console) versions into consideration to classify the game as a flop? If so, I doubt is gonna flop. This game is gonna break some records that night.

Guh, as annoying as IW screwing over PC gamers is (especially as COD1/2 were PC games that got them the money/reputation that has supported them up to COD4), it's kinda to be expected that they'd focus on console players needs, due to the fact that (at least from people I personally know) far more people play COD4 on consoles than PC, so they were bound to focus on that more.
Not that this excuses them from isolating the community that got them off their feet as a player in the gaming world...
Also, IW's hope to just 'ban hackers from playing the game' is laughable, I mean, VAC is good and all, but people still bypass it all the time, and now we'll be unable to kick such people from MP games...
So you mean when the developed COD1 on the PC, and United Offensive on the PC exclusively, and then developed COD2 on the PC and then released the XBOX 360 version a year or two later.
Or how about giving the console versions of the COD to Treyarch while the concentrated on the much better PC versions.
Or let's not remember numerous IW employees being hired away from the developers who created the grand daddy of WW2 shooters in Medal of Honor Allied Assault.
To say they never wanted to develop on the PC would portray them as ultimate liars. In most people's minds, IW was a premier PC developer and it's obvious they wanted to develop on the PC.
