Team 1.
Daredevil with Brocks symbiote.
Cassandra Cain with Luke Cages skin.
Steve Rogers with taskmasters photographic reflexes.
Wolverine with Havoks energy projection.
Midnighter with Susan Storms forcefields (no force bubbles in brains)
vs
Team 2.
Ironfist with Bishops absorbtion.
Blade with Psylockes psi energy projection.
Black Panther with webbing and spidersense.
Batman with the Wolverines HF and adamantium skeleton. (no claws)
Elektra with Nightcrawlers teleportation.
they all keep their own knowledge and powers aswell and have had 1 week intense danger room training to get used to their abilities. All have their basic standard gear aswell.

GREAT BATTLE !!!!! I actually had trouble thinking about who would win ,but ultimately I think Team 1 would take it because Daredevil could take Ironfist ( he absorbs energy, not matter), Blade with the superhuman speed, strength, and decades of skill fighting creatures more deadly than Cassandra on a regular basis (even with the skin), Black Panther would take the fight with Cap because of the spider sense and webbing, Wolverine would kill Batman by cooking his brain in his adamantium skull, Midnighter with Susan's force fields ?? endless weapon variety, major offensive advantage, extreme defense all in the hands of a superhuman psycopathic killer. he killls Elektra and goes on to help Cap defeats Black Panther, and then destroy Blade for the hell of it.

Tough... Gonna go with team 2. Mainly because of Eletra and NC powers. She is a deadly assassin and imo. Teleportation is like assassin's. She would just teleport and and rematerialize with a si (idk how to spell that) is someone's head for the instant kill. Well within her character to to that.
Idk if it would be that effective on logan but then again all his teammates would be dead and they just gang up on him.
