Either Black Bolt solos, or not. Everybody else is a non-factor.
And i'd say BB can solo, but, the problem is, so can Surfer. His range is more that one of BB's scream, and speed is much greater.

BB's scream wouldn't so much as tickle Surfer. BB is a non-issue, as are the others, in this 'fight'.
