If you mean Jenny from Forest Gump it seems obvious: she slept around a lot and probably used heroin. Probably died of aids.
Here's a depressing thought: lets hope she didn't infect Forest or her kid.

Never liked Jenny, she emotionally manipulated a mentally handicapped man. Having a shitty home life is no excuse. I also wonder if her kid was actually Forest's.

A 17 yr. old girl got in a car accident cuz she was driving blindfolded and doing the Bird Box challenge.
She survived, and unfortunately her ability to reproduce is still in tact
