I have learned that boxing is the best martial art I've used. Wrestling, is better lol but boxing is better if you can knock someone who doesn't do it out. In boxing if get a good angle a wrestler or thai fighter or whatever is out for. I wrestled in high school and it's a lot harder, you can't strategize in wrestling you basically have to know how to get leverage for minimum effort to allow maximum endurance or energy conservation, boxing can be like that but it's more strategy. This is why westerners dominate MMA. Boxing and wrestling, leverage for wrestling and angling for boxing take the complex martial arts and leave only the best parts of each really you want to simplify the equation.
