I said my depression 'went away' but I'm learning that wasn't entirely true. I don't have that constant overwhelming sense of dread and abyssal terror & anxiety, but I still have the whole absolute listlessness and lack of motivation

Yeah I don’t think depression ever goes away if you’ve ever suffered with it, you just get good patches and maybe they last a whole while and you manage it well but some things will never be the same
