whats the point in being up at 5:41am if nobody is online?

So i go to sobeys last night, i buy a 4 pack of redbull and a bottle of OJ.
i go to the counter and pay, the dude asks me if i wanted a bag.

i had it in my mind to say "nope, im going to down these the second i walk out the door" but i didnt say it.
but i did down all of them the second i walked out the door.

you're right on it not being healthy for that body builder

when in competition, those guys are at their weakest, they're seriously de-hydrated

they're dehydrated because it gives great muscle definition, which is what you see

he's also layered the tanning cream on because that also gives extra definition

his body fat % will also be low, looking at the guy i'd say it's around 1-2%, which is extremely risky
