The PSP version of Rock Band leaked out last week, and thankfully people have been digging through the game files. A bunch of Green Day songs are tagged as Downloadable Content. It would seem pretty stupid for MTV and Harmonix (company that makes the game) to only secure the rights for a PSP version... typically they just get the rights to distribute their licensed songs across all platforms.
