concussion can involve feeling sick.

maybe you have concussion from the bump?

you should get a cold compress and lay it on your head. just lay down and relax.

Actually, Ms. Humsy's concussion idea sounds quite feasible.

Maybe you should follow her advice.

Then again, neither she nor I nor Mr. Fox have medical degrees (I assume), so please do not follow our word as though we were doctors. I hereby waive all legal responsibility in the matter of Mr. Valentine's illnesses/concussions/head bumps/other afflictions.
