"The song was spoofed the film Silence of the Lambs, it is sung by Buffalo Bill to a trapped fat woman in the hole."


This makes no sense. Down In Hole was recorded in 1992, released in 1993. And Silence of the Lambs came out in 1991. Gonna have to watch the film and see what the hell is going on.
