Imo, Gog and Monarch are roughly equal - but if I had to pick one of them, I'd give the slight edge to Monarch. I also believe classic Ion is more powerful than Parallax (not a whole lot, but still moreso.)

So imo, team 2 would take the majority, 6-7/10.
