FCBD:New Avengers Vs Dark Avengers

Since their fight in Free Comic Book Day: Avengers never really complete, I want to know what everyone's opinion on this was. The Dark Avengers finally decide to go after the New Avengers to settle old scores, but the NA's are one step ahead and have asked for Thor's help.

You're right. But let's throw in that X factor - a double K.O. - and what happens then? The NA have the edge in numbers but I highly doubt Bucky can hold off Iron Patriot. Ironfist, Jessica Drew, and Mockingbird aren't beating Ares imo. In this case, I'd favor the Dark Avengers.

But I think if Thor somehow manages to beat Sentry, it would still be a hard fought battle that would leave Thor weakened enough that Ares could take him out. Which would leave the DA da WINAZ.
