Anyway, the outcome of the fight depends on - does Slade have his staff as a usual equipment. If he does then he stands a chance, if he doesn't Carnage cuts him to pieces.

pretty much. Though I think Slade can definitely hang with Cletus in h2h and Carnage is stupid enough to go for it.
