Such as is a relative term, he could mean every villain in every X-Movie, he used Brotherhood because they were what came to mind when you thought of villains in the X-Men movies. Who were really villains in HP besides the Death Eaters?

LOL i see no fanboys. I've said it before i like x-men much more than HP. But whatever i can;t have an opinion without being labeled. And yes dumb questions get ignored. And so does non-existent proof.
Give it up, its not your call, it's Will's call to include Deadpool or not. Right now we go with what he said, literally, and Deadpool does not fall under any of the categories listed. If he did, then hell, we'd be free to include every student that ever set foot in hogwarts, James and Lily included....But wait, they WERE shown in the movie.

This is exactly my point. It's a magical heart attack. A magical angurism. A magical air embolis. Take your pick. It ceases their life. U cant heal a heart attack caused by magic. He can regenerate tissue. Not restart his heart.

The movies are based off of the comics and in the comics Jean was handling cosmic level beings so she should be able to easily stomp them by herself here then.
Yeah you cant have your cake and eat it too. Either they are willing to do whatever it takes to win, IE using Avada Kedavra, or most of those mutants hate each other and won;t cooperate.

Magneto did team with Xavier, have you seen the second movie? He doesn't even hate Charles, he threatened Pyro when he said he would kill Charles. They are still good friends.
Charles won't kill but he'll certainly stun and put them down.
Actually no. It's clearly stated in the movei that the phoenix is merely an alter ego, albeit an evil powerfull one. It negates the comic version completely. When a movie does that you can only say it's loosley based. If the phoenix had been the super pwnage cosmic entitiy from the comics then fine, but she wasn't.
