Did anyone else pre-order their copy from Amazon? Cause I did and I got my copy yesterday...a day early, I'm not complaining cause it was a nice surprise
Oh so they wanna move onto something different, too bad...I was kinda hoping for another game with the master chief...any other Halo game wouldn't really feel right or like cannon
I liked [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Cortanna being it, was kinda hoping for an appearence from the master chief. I liked the end as well where it's spartan's don't die or whatever. Then after all that he's eventually killed which kinda sucked.
For a second there I thought our guy was [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Master Chief since it was always said that the AI picks their Spartan and Cortana picked him right off the bat. Anybody trying it in legendary? F*ing elites dont stay still for too long.
As for multiplayer, I like it. I think the handgun (magnum) is jacked up. Killing from behind has become my favorite thing to do. =D

I completed it yesterday, I was a little annoyed that in the end [SPOILER - highlight to read]: my character died, I didn't fight off all those grunts and brutes just for him to die in the end...kinda hoped they might come back for him but obviously they didn't think my character was worth saving after I saved their asses
Not only that, but they have the most insane shields/amount of health ever. At least on co-op legendary, which took me awhile to beat overnight. Haven't gotten that far yet on solo legendary though.
Aside from that, the whole Firefight mode in this game has proven to be the best thing to happen to Halo in awhile IMHO.
Unfortunately everyone I know is in the middle of the campaign already, so unless I want to start in the middle of the story, I've got to go it alone.

Great campaign, story is pretty good also. They took what Halo and etc did and got rid of all the shit like the Flood. Was a lot of fun to play. I'm glad I rented it.
