Gender: Unspecified Location: Your mom's basement.
just read the second part to the Sacrifice
very sad what happened to Zoey and i cant wait to see how those guys who called in the Horde get raped in the end
Way I see it you can now relate to the characters more with the comic. Showing Louis and how he was almost killed by a zombie on the shitter and Zoey how she had to kill her Dad to save him and her.
It's a struggle that makes me kinda feel for the characters tbh. It'll be interesting to see how Francis got involved on the 28th.
Gender: Unspecified Location: Your mom's basement.
what im confused about is how they knew for sure that the survivors are indeed carriers
where's the proof when they were only beginning to examine Bill and Zoey and hadnt even gotten to Louis and Francis when the two assholes called in the horde
Yeah, The Passing and the upcoming The Sacrifice. DLC available now has - in my opinion - made up for some of the mishap that was originally L4D DLC becoming a second game.
But still, it's only last year L4D2 was released. If by November L4D3 is out, it'll be a repeat.
It is now, but it was intended to be an add-on for L4D1. It was only when they realised that the content would involve completely ripping the original game engine out and adding a new one it became a new game project.
L4D and L4D2 uses the same engine, which is the Source engine.
So no, they didn't turn this into a new game because it's a new engine and there is no way in hell a developer would be able to release a new engine/game in one year.
Basically, they wanted to do something more with L4D and because the amount of content that was planned, it was way to much for DLC.
So its L4D2.
You are correct saying that it was meant to be DLC but once Valve realized that it was too big for DLC, they decided to make a sequel.
I'll admit I was preaching in the dark a little about the engine - i'd read somewhere that the upgrade to the source engine was so different it was basically a new version of the source engine.
Gender: Male Location: In Luna's mane, chasing STAAARS!
That trailer alone tells me that the download is a must have. Do want!
I'm curious as to what I just saw at 0:23. Were the Spitter and Smoker communicating with eachother or were they just coincidentally staring in eachother's direction?
Gender: Male Location: In Luna's mane, chasing STAAARS!
If so, it means we know that the Special Infected can make strategies (the Hunters moving into position and the Spitter and Smoker looking at eachother supports this theory).
I hope there's a cutscene at the end of The Sacrifice. Bill's death needs to look as awesome as it can get and besides, we don't want to watch only the intros anymore as we're getting tired of them.
