Either way you will get ticketed. Why not just do it the easy way? She was asked to sign the ticket and refused, she taunted him with "take me to jail", she taunted him further with "I dare you", she tried to flee the scene. Dumb ***** got what she deserved.

the guy is fat and yes i have no respect for him for disgracing the uniform by his appearance i have bn ingrained by yrs of military service to respect myself and the uniform by being fit and holding myself to a higher standard both in appearance and professionalism. that doesnt mean i cant hate and be disgusted by someone else in a uniform. both the cop and the old lady are idiots.
being tasered is the not minimum force the escalation of force increases by the threat lvl not straight to a taser thats where the guy f#!% up. the only reason the police are saying he did nothing wrong is if they admit to doing something wrong they are likely to be sued.
I watched the vid and the only reason that moron tasered her was because she challenged him. They both acted stupid. All this cop had to do was just act professional because it seems he turned into an ******* once she refused to sign the ticket.
Anyway, I don't really care, but this idiot should give a second thought before he tasers a 72 year old. She could have easily died given her age.
